The community was built by Ainslie Homes and features 60 acres in a secluded community just off of Salem Road. There is a 20-acre preserve and park complete with a playground for the kids. These homes offer ranch and two-story designs with open floor plans, sunrooms, and first story and second story double master suites. Many homes have backyard swimming pools, fence yards, and all homes are located on quiet streets or cul-de-sac neighborhoods. Most of these homes were built between 2004 and 2008 and range in price from about $480,000-$680,000.

Highland Parishes just minutes away from the Princess Ann Athletic Complex and the Virginia Beach Sports Complex and Fieldhouse. This phenomenal recreational center offers programs, nature trails, camps, fitness classes and volunteer opportunities.
